Processing Time

All products are made to order.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping.
During high-volume seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, delivery times typically range from:

3–7 business days (domestic orders)
7–21 business days (international orders)

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high shipping volume.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Delays, Lost, or Undeliverable Packages

Please allow 7–10 business days beyond the estimated delivery date before reporting a delay.
If a package is confirmed lost, we’ll work with the carrier and issue a replacement when appropriate.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
